There is a 24-hour notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All cancellations made within 24 hours of appointed time will be charged for the full amount of your session. This does not apply to the block booked sessions as a discount is already applied and encourages consistency of training.

If payment is made and a student no longer wishes to do classes, a partial refund will be made. One that is fair on student and teacher. Such as in the case of a family emergency or medical emergency, then a partial refund will be issued.

Or the student is offered future classes which they have paid for.
